Plans
Andrómeda has two plans. The free one covers all communication with families; premium adds the academic side and artificial intelligence.
What each one includes
| Free | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Summary — level totals, activity and coverage | ✅ | ✅ |
| Communication — messages, read confirmation, replies and archive | ✅ | ✅ |
| Content — events, galleries, news and tips | ✅ | ✅ |
| Reports — student and teacher coverage | ✅ | ✅ |
| Report cards — entering marks, early-years reports and publishing | — | ✅ |
| Academic management — activities, submissions and gradable concepts | — | ✅ |
| Calendar — tests, deadlines and events per group | — | ✅ |
| Messages needing attention — AI flags the ones worth a look | — | ✅ |
| Neura engine — which topics come up and how the mood is | — | ✅ |
| AI assistant — ask about your school in your own words | — | ✅ |
In a phrase: if you want to communicate with families, the free plan is enough. If you also want to run the academic side in the system, you need premium.
The free trial
You can try premium for 15 days, with everything enabled.
The trial is activated with a button and no payment details are needed. When it ends, the school returns to the free plan by itself.
What happens when it ends
Report cards, activities and the calendar are kept. They simply stop being accessible until you subscribe.
If you later go premium, everything reappears exactly as it was.
A few days before it ends we email you a reminder, including what subscribing would cost for the number of students you have on file.
How to start the trial
From Andrómeda premium in the menu, or from Billing. It's one button.
You'll also land there if you try to open a premium feature: instead of an error, the screen explains what you were trying to reach and offers you the trial.
If you're on the free plan
Premium sections don't appear in the menu, except Neura, which does: its entry is the door to a sample screen with example data, so you can see how it works before deciding.
All three Neura sections have their own sample: the metrics, an already-completed analysis, and an already-answered conversation with the assistant.
It's there to show the shape of the tool, not to draw conclusions about your school.
What it costs
Pricing is per student per month, calculated automatically from the number you have on file. There's a cap: beyond a certain number of students the invoice stops going up.
The details —the amount, the currency and your invoices— are in the billing section.
