Andrómeda has three plans that build on each other: each one includes everything in the one before. Free covers all communication with families, Pro adds the academic side and Max adds artificial intelligence.

In a sentence: if you want to communicate with families, the Free plan is enough. If you also want to run the academic side in the system, you need Pro. If you want to add artificial intelligence, Max.

The free trial

You can try Pro or Max for 15 days, with everything in that plan enabled. You choose which one when you start it.

No credit card required

The trial starts with one button and you don't need to enter any payment method. When it ends, the institution goes back to the Free plan on its own.

There's one trial per institution

If you tried Pro, you can't try Max afterwards (or the other way round). Pick the one you're most interested in seeing.

What happens when it ends

Nothing you entered is lost

Report cards, activities and the calendar stay saved. They simply stop being accessible until you subscribe.

If you subscribe later on, everything reappears exactly as it was.

A few days before it ends we email you a reminder, including what subscribing to the plan you're trying would cost for the number of students you have on file.

How to start the trial

From Plans and pricing in the menu, or from Billing. It's one button.

Plans and pricing shows up while there's a plan above yours: you see it on Free and on Pro, and it disappears once you have Max.

You'll also land there if you try to open a feature your plan doesn't include: instead of an error, the screen tells you which plan it belongs to, what you were trying to reach, and offers you the trial.

If your plan doesn't include a section

Sections your plan doesn't include don't appear in the menu, except Neura, which does: its entry is the door to a sample screen with example data, so you can see how it works before deciding.

All three Neura sections have their own sample: the metrics, an already-completed analysis, and an already-answered conversation with the assistant.

The sample data is invented

It's there to show the shape of the tool, not to draw conclusions about your school.

What it costs

Pricing is per student per month, calculated automatically from the number you have on file. Each plan has its own per-student amount and its own cap: beyond a certain number of students the invoice stops going up.
